3. AI Processing & Data Retention (Critical)

Input Data: Text you submit for rewriting is processed temporarily. Once the “humanized” output is generated and delivered to your browser, the raw input data is retained only for a short period (up to 30 days) for troubleshooting and history features, after which it is automatically deleted, unless you explicitly save it to your project library.

Ghost Mode: Users on our Enterprise or “Ghost Mode” plans benefit from Zero-Retention Processing, where data is deleted immediately after the session ends.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers.

We may disclose your information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery), strictly under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
