1. Usage License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials (information or software) on Stealth Writer’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials for the purpose of building a competing service;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Stealth Writer’s website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Stealth Writer at any time.

2. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use

Stealth Writer is designed as a tool for editing, paraphrasing, and improving content readability. We strictly condemn the use of our services for academic misconduct, plagiarism, or any activity that violates the integrity policies of educational institutions.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate essays, papers, or assignments to be submitted as your own original work without proper attribution.
  • Deceive others regarding the origin of the content.
  • Violate any applicable national or international laws.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your account management page or by contacting our customer support team. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period, and you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current subscription period.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Stealth Writer on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Stealth Writer.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stealth Writer and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

User Content: You retain ownership of any text you submit to the Service. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process this text solely for the purpose of providing the humanization service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Stealth Writer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Detection Guarantee: While we strive to provide high-quality output, we do not warrant or guarantee that the content generated by our Service will bypass all AI detection systems at all times. AI detection algorithms are constantly evolving, and we cannot guarantee immunity from future updates to tools like Turnitin, GPTZero, or Originality.ai.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stealth Writer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
